Covid-19 Update From Our Staff

Here’s an update from your storage place regarding the coronavirus Covid-19. Normal operations are continuing as they have, we are following the CDC’s recommendations for stopping the spread of the virus. As any of this changes we will send out communication through email, as well post it on our Facebook page. I would like to communicate a few steps we are taking:
  1. Our employees are being instructed if they feel sick to stay home. We ask if you feel sick to do the same to avoid contact with people here on the facility.
  2. When entering our office you are no longer required to sign in. The side doors will also be unlocked so you can just proceed to your space.
  3. We are continuously sanitizing all customer touch points, like carts, door knobs, bathrooms, as well as our trucks and the keypad to the gate..
  4. We ask when you enter the office you use the hand sanitizer located on the counter, also if you would like to wipe down your cart we will give you a wipe.
  5. We continue to accept cash but our preference would be credit or debit cards, and we would prefer payments be made online, over the phone, or in the dropbox. We love to see you but need to try and limit as much contact as we can for everybody sake.
  6. We are delaying auctions and will be lenient on waiving late fees. We will be making courtesy calls to our customers to remind them of balances due, again we will be lenient with fees, and respectful of your individual situation in this.
We plan on remaining open but should the need to close be necessary our office phone will be forwarded.

Here is a list of helpful contacts:
We are all in this together and will get through this together. We Appreciate your business and please be well.

Sincerely,
Michael Kennell
